First, I think these are nice, honest guys. But, unfortunately, after they fixed our car window that would not roll up properly, another problem immediately started-- a clicking inside the door after the window was used. We brought it back right away and they said we must have a new, unrelated problem. I don't see how, as that problem didn't exist before the repair. It was clear they were not going to do anything about it. It was also clear that their usual window guy didn't do our repair. My window is constantly clicking now and it is very annoying. As nice as they are, I can't recommend their work.

They are excellent. I would give them the highest rating. They are fair and they don't run the price up when I drop the car off like some companies. They have very good mechanics. The price is very reasonable. The quality is very, very good.

I took it in the evening before, and it was done about 2 pm the next day. I have trouble getting a car in early, so it was greatly appreciated by me to be able to bring a car in to the Encinas garage late in the day.

THERE PRICES ARE VERY FAIR. THEY CHARGE ABOUT HALF THE PRICE OF ANY WHERE ELSE. I RECOMMENDED THEM TO ALL OF MY FAMILY, AND I WILL CONTINUE TO TAKE MY AUTO THERE.
