+ -1 moreFirst, I think these are nice, honest guys. But, unfortunately, after they fixed our car window that would not roll up properly, another problem immediately started-- a clicking inside the door after the window was used. We brought it back right away and they said we must have a new, unrelated problem. I don't see how, as that problem didn't exist before the repair. It was clear they were not going to do anything about it. It was also clear that their usual window guy didn't do our repair. My window is constantly clicking now and it is very annoying. As nice as they are, I can't recommend their work.

Description of Work: They performed a diagnostics and replaced the fuel pump and filter. Other professional places were charging $900.00 and up. They not only did an excellent job on my car, it was quick too.

+ -1 moreThey are excellent. I would give them the highest rating. They are fair and they don't run the price up when I drop the car off like some companies. They have very good mechanics. The price is very reasonable. The quality is very, very good.

+ -1 moreI took it in the evening before, and it was done about 2 pm the next day. I have trouble getting a car in early, so it was greatly appreciated by me to be able to bring a car in to the Encinas garage late in the day. The windows work fine, and the price was reasonable.
Description of Work: I had two power windows repaired in my 1992 Mercury Marquise. The price was fair, and it was done in less than a day. I have used Encinas several times on both my vehicles and have never been disappointed. I appreciate it when things are done correctly the first time. Encinas certainly does this.

+ -1 moreTHERE PRICES ARE VERY FAIR. THEY CHARGE ABOUT HALF THE PRICE OF ANY WHERE ELSE. I RECOMMENDED THEM TO ALL OF MY FAMILY, AND I WILL CONTINUE TO TAKE MY AUTO THERE.
Description of Work: THEY CHANGED MY BRAKES AND REALIGNED THE FRONT END OF MY AUTO.
