Don is incredible. I've never met someone who takes as much pride in what he does. Such a professional. We purchased a house that had been vacant for a while and has many large, neglected trees on the property. Don came out and walked with me, explaining as we went, the things we need to address. Although the work is going to be done in phases, the first phase was a great deal of work by itself. Don's entire crew was very professional and did a great job. I'll be calling them back for phase 2 in a couple of months.

He did the job in an hour and a half and did an excellent job. When he completed the work, it looked as if I never had trees in my yard. He cleaned it up, was very professional and had a large crew that was on time. I would recommend him highly.

This provider has served as my "pet sitter" for 10 years - whenever I travel. She is devoted to the animals she cares for, and provides other helpful services as well.

After calling several tree companies to find someone that would trim ivy on a tall house-many didn't didn't return calls, or didn't know and would have to get back to me, didn't do that kind of word etc.- I called Don Massey and wow, his family owned company is IMPRESSIVE on every level.
The family works together like a well oiled machine. They are confident, reliable, knowledgable and hard working. We had several areas of our landscaping that needed attention and they got to work quickly and Don managed all the jobs with walkie talkies. He even had an irrigation specialist on his team so we were able to get our sprinkler system checked and repaired on the spot. He also made some excellent recommendations for our trees and treated them for us. His team team is efficient and willing to go above and beyond with some extra things we requested like power washing the windows where our ivy had attached. We will most definitely hire them again!

He was supposed to come out in the spring of 2008 but never did. Later in the summer of 2008, I called him and he answered, which was unusual. He said he had been real busy but was caught up. We set a date for him to come out. He never came out or called back. My trees need serious attention and I had been waiting for him to come help me.
