Dealing with Daniel Larochelle is always a positive experience. He listens to our needs and desires, explains what works and what doesn't and is very effective in implementing them.
We were very pleased at how well he planned and managed timing for materials and subcontractors so that there was no wasted time and things progressed quickly.
His management of the budget was very good also.
Quality control is great due to his experience in quality control in building a hospital in Massachusetts.
He helped us choose materials we liked, like real stone and stucco.
Cabinetry is custom made out of real maple wood.
Each bathroom is custom designed because the kids have different likes.
Closets were designed according to our needs also.
After more than a year that we moved into the house, there are no cracks or other issues.
The more people I meet who have had a bad building experience, the more I notice how exceptionally good this builder is.
If we ever need to build another home we will choose DL Homes immediately.
