The service is good.

Went in and ordered tires for my Ram Truck, since the tires I wanted were ones that they didn't keep in stock. During the transaction, I showed the salesperson a place that had the tires at a lower price. He looked it over and said they would price match what the other store was selling them for. Saved me money and Customer Service was great from beginning to end.

It’s a good place about tires. They offer a little price. No price match. Their service is great. I go with them because of the price and the availability of the tire I wanted.

Bought 4 new 20x9 chrome wheels for my 2008 Dodge Charger. I was looking for a specific style of wheel and found it on the internet. Best price I could find around Tulsa was $1000 for the wheels with $105 for shipping and another $100 for mounting and balancing. Total cost for the whole deal was around $1200. I had already went to 5 top name tire shops and that was the best deal that I found out of the 5 I went to.

Finally a friend told me to see a guy named Jake at a new Discount Tire store that had opened. I stopped there one day just to check it out. I had been on the internet looking at reviews for this company and they all seemed fairly positive. After talking to Jake, he worked me out a deal that saved me $200 plus they would give me a lifetime balance and rotation on the tires even though I didn't buy the tires from Discount Tire.

My experience with Discount Tire is that they are a customer service oriented company and they will work with you to obtain your business.

Showed up at 8 am for them to repair my tire. They pulled all four tires, repaired the one with the nail in it, checked all four tires for any problems, and replaced them on the vehicle, only after they'd cleaned up the tires and checked the air pressure. All for no charge.

Generally, have been extremely pleased with the products and service provided by Discount Tire since my first purchase in 2013. Will certainly buy my next set of tires there as well.
