Brian cleaned every rug and carpet in my house. He was on time, worked quickly and was professional. I had previously had my game room carpet cleaned by someone else who told me the stains from several years of teens hanging out, would not come out and my carpet was ruined. Brian got them out and saved my carpet! I also had an area where an older pet and new puppy "liked." The smell is gone! Highly recommend!

We had a new kool deck put on in our back yard and the company made a HUGE HUGE mess of dust which they said would just vacuum right up. Not so. I called Brian out to clean and as always he did a great job and he even cleaned my patio furniture cushions. I feel so much better! I have used his company for many years and will never use another one.

I called Saturday morning and hoped that my carpet could be cleaned as I was having guests later in the day and it was smelly and horrible. I was surprised that they were open on Saturday. He came over at the time he said he would be here and cleaned all the mess and no stains remained. He also sanitized the area and there is no longer any odor from the dog accident. He was professional, courteous and I scheduled carpet cleaning for the rest of the house before he left. I recommend Diamond Carpet Specialists!

We use Brian's Diamond Carpet Specialist at least 3 times a year for the past several years. With 2 dogs and 5 cats who all live in our house, pet stains are inevitable. Brian is very knowledgable about the different types of carpeting and stains and the appropriate chemicals to deal with each problem. He has been more that willing to custom the amount of carpet we want cleaned such as, "just around the edges" or just 2 or 3 rooms while just spot treating others. Brian is always on time and very amiable. Diamond Carpet Specialist is the only cleaning service we would consider using - we just wish he did windows and landscaping!
