Dewayne's Garage Door Service

DeWayne adjusted the panels to remove the spacing. He also did a 'tune-up" of each door which included: checking the spring, checking each wheel, tightening each of the 120 screws, checking the control box, adjusting the chain. Both doors are now as quiet as they were 10 years ago. DeWayne takes pride is his work. I recommend highly.

Dewayne's service was excellent.  He provided same day service and kept me updated with his arrival time.  He replaced a broken spring and gave my garage door a great tune-up, making sure it operated as it should.  Very pleased with the results.

Dewayne performed the norman garage door maintenance.  The door mechanism was very noisy.  He immediately knew the cause and easily corrected the problem.  The original installer from Angie's list showed no interest in correcting the problem.  Very disappointed in him.

DeWayne knows garage doors inside and out.  He was on the move from the moment he arrived till the moment he left.  He went above and beyond my expectations.  Without a doubt, he is the man to call.  He did not attempt to over sell me anything.  He did make a recommendation to put a strut on my door because it had a small crack.  He said it would cost $32.00.  I agreed.  He happened to have a used one on his truck he sold me for $16.00.  Who does that, especially after I had agreed to pay $32.00.  Give DeWayne a chance and I believe you will be very satisfied.  Be aware that he is working out some kinks in his call in  system, but rest assured he will show up and you will be happy in the end.

Contacted Provider Friday afternoon about 3:00 and was contacted within 30 minute. I was tied up in a meeting until late so they sent me a text stating they could come Friday evening. I was not able to do be there so they set a time for 1:30 Saturday. Dewayne arrived promptly and after checking out my old 1929 era door stated he could fix it or replace it with a used door that he had (it looked brand new) on the truck. We discussed it and the price he offered for the replacement door was extremely fair.
He removed the old door, fixed spots in the mounting area that had deteriorated over the years and mounted the new door all in 102 deg temperature. The new door can be raised with one hand where the old door required almost all my strength to raise.
Excellent work, really nice guy. He is an independent businessman not part of a large firm. Give him a try I think you will be pleased.

Dewayne, the owner, arrived promptly at 5:30 pm and went right to work.  I had contacted him in the late afternoon the day before and set the time.
He repaired my existing door and although he supplied missing screws and other hardware, he only charged me the agreed upon service rate. 
He was very friendly and helpful.  I would definitely recommend Dewayne and would use him again.
