Days Discount Lumber

My husband and I have been looking for a 72" claw foot bathtub for 3 months or better. We had been to 3 or 4 places on Thursday Feb. 5th looking with no luck and no help from any of the sales associates of the other places that we had stopped at. On a whim we pulled into Days Discount Lumber located at 1255 S. Sheridan and was met at the door by a gentleman by the name of Rob. We told him that we where looking for a claw foot tub but he did not have any or carry them. Now you would think that would be the end of the conversation and we would walk out just as we had at the other places we had looked but NO . Rob actually took the time to tell us of some places we could check and he even called to make sure they had them in stock. Talk about customer service and going above and beyond!!! While he was making the phone calls I noticed that he had bathroom vanities and vanity tops and decided to look at those as we are needing 3 vanities for a remodel. Now this guy knows his stuff. He was able to give us all the details on the vanity, the wood, durability, availability, what size we would need , etc. He even once again told us of other places we could try if we didnt see anything that we liked at his store. Let me cut to the chase and say we didn't even bother going to those other places he mentioned. Instead we purchased a jetted tub from him and will be going back to order vanities this week. His customer service and knowledge was so Great and Awesome that we knew that we wanted to do business at Days Discount Lumber even if that meant for us to change our design plan and go with a jetted tub instead of a claw foot tub. Rob has gained a customer for life and has made me one happy women. Thank You Days Discount Lumber for having an awesome employee Jannie Rankin
