He was very thorough and walked us through the process. Good communication withe us. No more ants in the house after his visit.

They created a big disaster. A younger came to do the work and explained the service and explained how to prepare, but we had to leave the premises and we took our clothing, towels and bedding to be washed. They gave us an expectation time to be finished, but didn't call. When we came home, we noticed the area where the hot water tank is had some flooding. My mohter's white towels had been used to clean up the area. We were exhausted. I think it was rude to use our towels and not say anything about it. The house was still very hot. An hour or so later, the hot water valves burst and caused another flood. As it turns out, that had happened earlier and they didn't report it. It was a major disaster. When I called the next day, what I understood had happened was apparently the young repair man had called and he had the same issue. The manager had come out to help the younger guy to manage the disaster. They turned off the water and left the top off the water hole and they left their tools. I was not very happy. I explained that it was very poor customer service and they lacked integrity because they tried to cover somthing they should have informed us of. They said because it was an older hot water heater, that it overheated the pipe and compromised the connection, expanded and caused it to leak or burst. They tried to make it right by offering to come out for the next 3 months to inspect for bed bugs and treat if necessary. I think they were upset at me for being upset for questioning their integrity. This company does great work, but this was a very unfortunate incident that could have and should have been handled much better.

Service was great. This was the second time in 2 years (for 2 different reasons) and both times the service was great and the problem was solved. They are extremely thorough and do much more than i would've thought they would do. Well worth the money.

I was blown away by the technician's (Ollie) expertise and patience in explaining to me about the and quot;stationsand quot; (23) and how they worked. He checked and cleaned each of the stations and gave us a detailed report of the locations and the assurance that there is no current termite activity.
