Dan had previously replaced the roof on our former home in Owasso so we knew he was the best. We did not hesitate to contact him when shingles blew off our current residence. He was prompt to respond to my call; came and viewed damage. Dans crew did an excellent job. They are courteous, excellent craftsman.

Dan came out to look at a small leak we thought was blowing in under the eave. Turns out the false barn door over our garage was a hole with a thin piece plywood to keep the weather out. Dan and his guys took the area apart, then repaired the hole and sided the area before painting. It would be hard to tell there was ever a different look to the house. The repair is perfect!

Outstanding experience. My roof looks great and they did a great job on my flashing, which was previously leaking. It has been a couple of years and my roof still looks and functions great. It was a pleasure to work with Dan and his crew.

The crew worked deligently and cleaned up each day so you couldn't tell they had been on the house.

The only thing is that they didn't call before they came by to estimate the job. We just happened to be home when they dropped by. Other than that I am very satisfied with them and the work.

Beautifully! Great crew that works hard (in spite of the awful heat) and always stacks tools/supplies at the end of the day, never a mess in the yard. The house looks SO much better. It is cooler. And when there was a hard rain, the guttering didn't overflow because the water is now directed properly with the correct flashings. Would hire Dan in a heartbeat for another job.

My wife and I saw a stain up on he roof corner in the garage.  We had never seen it before and its close by where the air conditioner sits in the attic, so first we called the HVAC repairman.  He came and said that the air conditioner was not causing the wetness and stain.  Dan Munoz from Dan's Roofing had done some work for us before so we called him.  Dan got up onto the roof and advised that there was a section of the roof that did not have he correct amount of slope.  He also advised that when the house was constructed, they did not use an ice barrier for the roof.  Additionally, Dan looked at the area of the roof where a dormer with a window was and advised that part of the problem was that the siding on the dormer was put on incorrectly.  He advised that the way it was constructed, the water was forced under the shingles and that eventually that is where it caused the issue.  Dan advised that if something was done soon there would be damage to the decking, if there hadn't been already.  I asked Dan to check the rest of the house and he looked at several areas where the same type of problem was.  However, the original owner of the house had caulked the area.  Dan advised that although the caulking would hold, eventually it would fail and we could expect the same type of damage in several other areas.  I told Dan to do what was necessary to fix the issues.  Dan's workers were on time and very thorough.  They took off some of the siding, put down an ice shield where needed and also in the proper flashing.  I wouldn't let another company touch my roof.  This is the second time I've used Dan and I can honestly say that my wife and I are so very pleased with his performance and his price.  I fully believe that Dan has spared me thousands of dollars in damage and future issues.

How and when would you like to receive payment.  I'm prepared anytime!
     You and your team are a class act and we're very thankful that you were the roofing team selected.  As you know, there were a number of unique circumstances associated with our roof that a lesser team would have turned a blind eye to and roofed right over.   Everything from proper venting, the chutes over the garage for proper airflow to the bizarre revelation that no insulation had ever been placed over the closed off back portion of our home along with no ventilation science applied to that area.  You addressed each area with sound "Best Practices" and precision in their resolution. 
     There's a book called "Raving Fans" (a good read) that discusses when we're asked if we know of a good place to get something (whatever it is), do we refer with indifference, or refer the company or product with passion as a "raving fan".  We clock in as raving fans for Dan's Roofing.
