Description of Work: they diagnosed a faulty pump correctly, ordered the correct one, and came out to install it at the time we agreed upon. Although I wonder if the price was a bit high, I don't have any comparison. The work was done correctly and quickly and the service men were friendly and considerate.

+ -1 moreI had to call three times to get them to call me back to schedule an appointment. They effectively diagnosed my problem over the phone and told me that they'd be to my home either Tuesday or Wednesday morning to make the repair. They said that they'd call before they showed up. They quoted a fair price and also told me that there would be an additional travel charge since I lived in a semi-rural area. I agreed to both the estimate as well as the additional travel charge. I stayed home from work both mornings. They never called, nor would they return my repeated calls to their answering service/machine. I called one last time to ask if they were ever going to show and if not to please let me know so that I might find an alternative repair service. I never received a reply.
Description of Work: Scheduled an appoint to have my hot tub heater repaired and perform warranty work. They diagnosed that I most likely needed a new heater. The price quoted seemed fair.
