I was renting my house in Tulsa because I was in Denver working a software contract for a year. My shower started leaking. Provider did an acceptable job replacing the shower pan. Provider was paid in advance to subcontract a tile man to retile the shower and paint surrounding area. Retile job required several complaint/revisits and left gaps around the floor area. Area around tile was never prepared for paint or painted. Shower door was never rehung. I complained multiple times. Contractor was rude and refused to finish the job. Until Angie's list there was simply no recourse.

AAA Augers services was requested on two toilets #(1) because it wasn't always flushing correctly and some time did not flush completely, the service-person that came referred to that toilet as nasty, old and needed replacing, this one didn't need anything replaced they adjusted the knob on the toilet .. . .
The 2nd one needed services because it would run for a little while after the initial flushing and flush more than once, sometime as many as 3-times- AAA Auger servicemen - Replace flapper and filler cup in this toilet .

This plumbing company is professional,accurate, Punctual and does not charge a call out fee.****** they only charging for services done. their licensed, insured and bonded. would definitely recommend them to anyone I know! I have used them many times but this time I actually didn't have anything wrong I just had too much soap in the dishwasher and the bubbles overflowed is what it boiled down to - ha!

John, the installer, explained that the old water heater could not be repaired because of corrosion on the connections and asked me what I would like to replace it with. When I told him I was previously looking into a tankless unit he explained all the and quot;extrasand quot; that have to be done to convert to tankless, i.e. run electric to the site, change plumbing - basically that it would be very expensive for me to convert. He asked me what size tank I wanted and I told him that I was thinking about either a 60 or 75 gallon, he questioned me as to why I would want to go that much larger. I explained that I was concerned about running out of hot water for showers if I was running the washer and dishwasher at the same time. He convinced me that with only two people in the household a 40 gallon tank would be sufficient to do the job I wanted.



John said he would have to go get a water heater. After deciding what was needed to get things back up and running I came back into the house. I don't know how much time elapsed (it didn't seem like even an hour), but when I went back to the garage to see how things were progressing he told me he was going to have to cut a hole in the wallboard because one to the supply pipes had broken off when he was trying to replace it. He finished up shortly after that and came and let me know. He explained that he would have to come back the next day because he didn't have the tape he needed to tape the flue so the installation would pass inspection.



I was very impressed with John. He was knowledgeable, courteous, very helpful, addressed all my concerns/questions and did not talk down to me as if I were totally uninformed or ignorant as to what needed to be done. If I have need of a plumber again I will definitely ask for John.

the water pipe for my fridge in my new house stuck out so far that my fridge wouldnt set right in the kitchen. I had AAA install a box and recess the line to correct this.
They quoted the job on the spot and repaired it fast and for a fair price. Very pleased.
