Very Quick and delivered repair in a timely manner

It was an absolutely amazing experience! Everything went extremely smooth throughout the entire process! Would highly recommend to anyone needing a new roof.

Professional. From the very start to the very end.. Great company with great people. Conrads general manager came to help me. Highly suggest asking for him for all roofing needs. He was able to get me a new roof through my insurance company for just my deductible.

Conrad’s team is extremely professional, accurate and timing can’t be matched. On multiple occasions, I have called upon Conrad’s personally and professionally for emergency tarping, flat roof removals, shingle and flat roof repairs and replacements. Conrad’s pricing can’t be beat.

My roof never leaked before Conrad's. But it did after. In fairness they fixed the leak but they have not completed the other jobs my insurance company gave them money for. This project has been going on since November 2022. They are quick to pick up your insurance checks, slow to schedule, with almost zero communication about when things will happen.

The roofing and repair was great. Looks beautiful! However, we have had to replace 3 tires due to nails left on the driveway.

I was just looking for an estimate for a new roof. Abbey was very punctual and professional. She explained everything to us and made sure we understood. She went on to explain the process of having the roof replaced IF we decided to go with Conrads. Abbey was extremely friendly and not at all pushy. Abbey is very knowledgeable of her company and their services. 10/10 recommend.

The support that he and his associates have provided from beginning to end has given my family high confidence in the entire organization. I take solace in knowing Micah is my main point of contact for the entire extent of my roof. John has looked at multiple roofs for me and saved me from buying a house that would have been a giant money pit. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Initial payment has been made; however, due to inclement weather, this installation is pending. It is scheduled to move forward next week should we have improved, dry weather conditions.

The staff is very punctual, respectful, and spiritually minded. I haven’t need to replace my roof yet. But when I do I will choose this company and no other.

Andy Edwards was the sales rep that came to the house to evaluate and provide a quote. He was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything in great detail, and very patient answering all of the questions I had.

Micah Paul with Conrad Roofing is extremely thorough and truly does his best to work with his clients while maintaining their best interest. He does an excellent job communicating with his clients and the insurance company if/once they get involved. He is high on integrity and very trustworthy!

We had a hail storm that damaged our roof in late April. Conrad's did an excellent job all the way around - scheduling me in quickly, getting my input on everything, and doing prompt, professional work. I couldn't recommend them more.

The contractor's Name IJ, and he absolutely a superstar, workers were great, 4 days, and they did the job well and they cleaned up after themselves after the job. They were just outstanding and will hire them again in the future.

We were lied to about the damage done and were denied by two insurance companies on the two properties that they did an estimate on.

They are an incredible company and I can't say enough about them. Their owner monitors the jobs from start to finish, and they created an amazing trust and we'll use them for years to come!

Wesley responded promptly to my inquiry and set up a time for a crew to make the repair. Repair was done while I was at work and Wesley sent me 2 photos of the men at work on my roof. I was very satisfied with the work and highly recommend this company.

The roofing installation went well, but the employee who installed my patio cover left when it got dark, and didn't haul off the old sheet metal he had removed and didn't secure the support brace/leg completely. Am currently waiting on their bid to paint the outside of my house and one bedroom.
