The service went well considering the condition of the carpet.

I called Nathan with very short notice after another carpet cleaner I had scheduled had equipment problems. I was lucky enough that he had time available and he arrived less than 30 minutes later. I had two rooms and a hall that definitely needed cleaned and two others that weren't as bad. He suggested that I have them all done at the set price of $99. He explained what he was going to do, an then assured me the process wouldn't damage the wood floors underneath. We discussed how to best set air conditioning, air flow, etc. to expeditiously dry the carpet. I then got out of the way and left him to it. He finished less than two hours later and presented me with an invoice and business card. The carpets looked great. The hallway, which was badly soiled looked almost good as new. Had several carpet seams that were very noticeable. Original carpet installers said the seams would blend in after some wear because of the type of carpet we had. This never happened and the we hired Nathan to repair the seams and clean the carpet through out the house. Nathan was professional and took his time to make sure the work was done right; it was and looks great. Very Happy with the work and I would use Nathan again and recommend this company.

Was a very nice and professional carpet cleaner.

Nathan from Complete Carpet, was professional, courteous, and efficient. He worked on my house for about 4 hours and did a great job. All of the stains came out and he even let the dog back in when he left and put the dog gates back up. I was impressed with his professionalism and will use him again.
