I called at 8AM and got a call back within 5 minutes that they could have someone there at 8:30. The technicians arrived on time, checked the unit, diagnosed the problem, discussed options with me and replaced the fan motor. Since it is close to heater season (in Oklahoma it can go from A/C season to heater season in one day), I had them check out the heater which was fine. Both technicians were courteous, professional and efficient, wrapping it all up in about 30 minutes. A very positive experience.
