Description of Work: Actually, we downsized our account. We use Netflex more. We had to go and pick up a box and return what we had before when we were paying over a hundred dollar a month for phone, internet and cable TV. We downsized to emergency calls only on the phone, kept basic cable and still have standard internet. I really wish there were more competitors out there. Right now the only one is AT&T, and they're really no better.
