Took fantastic family portraits.

After Tulsa got 5 inches of snow on December 5, I had the inspiration to book a wintry photo shoot for my husband and my Christmas card. We are thanking our lucky stars the first photographer I called was Rachel and she was so eager and accommodating that we were able to book a session the next day in order to capture the snowy blanket before it disappeared. With a forecasted high in the low 20's, we were so impressed and appreciative of how efficiently and adeptly Rachel positioned us, got our faces in the right expression (we are not exactly supermodels), made lighting, distance and focus adjustments to capture the perfect moment... Or dozens of them!! My husband and I still can't decide which image to use. Because she got the pictures right from the snap, they needed very little editing. This meant the turnaround time for us to upload our favorite images was super quick. Plenty of time to spare before Xmas!! Close moments will be our go-to photographer for our most important moments

Rachel and Aaron are awesome. We have had them do our son's baby portraits--which is how we are familiar with them--but we knew they also did MLS listing shoots. They have done such an awesome job on little man's pictures, that when we listed our house, we knew we really wanted to use them. In looking at houses to buy it made a lot of difference to us whether or not the seller had a professional photographer who used professional lighting, lenses, and instinct or had taken their own blurry, dark pictures with a pile of dirty clothes and a dog peeing in the background. Seriously. Houses with great pictures (and the lighting and lense is a big part of that) are so much more appealing. A professional will do a much better job than even a fairly good photographer with a basic camera, and when you're trying to reach as many buyers as possible...it's just worth a small fee to hire someone. So...we knew they'd do a great job; however, we were astounded when we saw the pictures of our house (that's our house??? it looks FABULOUS! Why are we moving again?). Rachel also helped with any last minute staging before she took the pictures (I think she could do more staging if needed, b/c she asked if we needed help with that) and guided us on details as she went through. She even took the CD to the realtor's office for us (we didn't use the realtor's normal photographer). Best Pictures. Best Service. Best Everything.
