They came in expecting to sell us a new unit, because that is what we thought we'd have to do. Instead, he immediately set about checking out our existing system and found the problem within five minutes. He explained that we could upgrade the performance of our unit with an electronic upgrade, which we wanted. He did not have one in his car - came back with it 3 days later ($693.00) rigged it up and trained me- and any workman's harshest critic would be my husband who is thrilled with their work and the new attachment!

Everything went well. Although they usually charge extra for cleaning ovens, she wiped mine out since I only had crumbs for no extra charge. I was very happy. I do not have any other details. The form keeps prompting me to write more, but the details are included in my forgoing statements.

The stove was cleaned very well. Everything else was not. There were spots on the counter after she "cleaned it". When cleaning the refrigerator, all she had to do was wipe it down on the inside. I had some sodas on the shelf of the refrigerator door. Instead of moving the sodas and cleaning under them, she just wiped around the sodas. The work was very poor quality. Also, she was constantly on her phone texting and talking. She was very unprofessional.

They are providing good service and they are very reliable. They were changing the cleaning person often but I did ask for them to send the same person and they have done that.

They have the most wonderful product. They provide cleaning services as well but I am yet to use them. They use Caldrea counter top cleaners and all kinds of cleaners. They are fantastic and help me. They are absolutely fantastic.

They come on the day they are supposed to. They do a good job cleaning and I will continue to use them.

They are very concerned with matching up with the right person.

They are expensive. They are great, very professional, and very thorough. They listen to me when I tell them to do something or not to do something. They are very helpful. They bring their own products which I like. I am very pleased with their service.

Staff not always on time but when they get there they work hard and get stuff done.

After first year the person changed jobs and they forgot to clean our house. Then new person cleaned but did a average job, again that person quit and they never called us. then they could not find someone to come in their place.

Disappointed. Paid for deep clean. Received what wouldn't be a regular cleaning. Shower frame not touched, surface clean of tile floors done but didn't touch the grout (has no stains). Single patio door Windexed inside but not out, leaving it looking dirty. Some furniture not dusted, tops of taller furniture, as a policy, not dusted, even with the deep clean. 2 of 6 blinds not touched, and some baseboards not cleaned. Discussed politely with the cleaner and owner my concerns and expectations hoping we could get a good clean the next time. However the few items left out were put in a pile in the room, whereas I expect a few books to be put in a bookshelf, toys in the toybox, and breakfast bowls in dishwasher, not in kitchen sink with milk still in it. Takes the lustre right off of having the house cleaned in the first place. And nothing swept or vacuumed under- very noticably not done. Received explanations instead of results.

VERY GOOD !

I hired this company for a bi-weekly cleaning. They came to my home we discussed the expectations and what the company provides for the quote. The individual came to my home as agreed on the first visit. However the subsequent two visits they did not show due to the individual stating that she was ill. I called the home office they offered to have a different person come out the following week. However I chose not to keep with this company based on the initial problem with reliability.

My cleaner is so sweet and very energetic. She gets the job done quickly and efficiently. I wish I could afford her every week!

Fantastic, called them from the yellow pages, got immediate response, had a representative out within 2 days to give estimate, have been cleaning my house weekly ever since.

Excellent work on both the deep clean and the regular maintenance ($80 per trip). They are very professional, prompt and flexible with scheduling. I have been very pleased with their work and intend to continue using their services.

It was so great to come into a wonderfully clean house. They did all the work I requested and were prompt.
