I made an appointment the day before my flight and provided specific instructions to be picked up at my residence and taken to the airport. City cab did not show up and I almost missed my flight. I called the dispacher and they said I was not on the board. Dispacher said he did not have the records and would check. Never received a call back and then told them to cancel and I made other arrangements. I travel frequently on business and will never usethem again.

They are reasonably priced. What I did not like about them is that the driver was a smoker, he did not smoke while I was in the car but I knew he was a smoker, and the car was not very clean it was pretty dirty.

Pickup exactly when promised - 45 min after my call at 7:30 am on a weekday. The two "Major" Tulsa taxi companies said they couldn't get to me for AT LEAST 1-1/2 hours. Professional courteous driver - enjoyed talking to him. I'll call them first next time
