Carrie was professional and very well versed in the processes in Tulsa and attended the closing with us. Everything was delivered as it should been. She got checks from the homeowners for some repairs in our new home. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a first-class realtor.

It's going very well. They're very attentive to details. They find out what you need and they try to supply houses or real estate that fits your needs in the price range that you want. The service itself doesn't cost anything to use until you make a purchase. Their staff is super and they're just really wonderful people.

I was the buyer. My realtor was really nice in the beginning. My
offering price ended up being higher than than the actual appraised
value. When my realtor (who was supposed to represent me) found this
out, he railed against the idea that I might actually pay for what the
house was worth. His tone with me turned biting and short. He contacted
my lender in attempt to rebut the appraised value, stating several
reasons why he thought the house was worth more which would've been more
money out my pocket. Extremely disappointed in his integrity. The lesson for
me next time is to not trust/be wary of all parties involved when a large sum
of money is on the line. Get a good list a references with any realtor before you
decide to make this kind of purchase.

They were excellent, they went above and beyond.

I like them mostly because they were very genuine and honest assessors of property. One of the houses I was looking at buying, they talked me out of it. As opposed to knowing that they could have made a sale, they did that knowing that it was going to be better for me. A couple of months later, I definitely called them back up and used them because they were willing to go the extra mile for me. Their prices are competitive across the market in the area, equal to everybody else. I would absolutely use them in the future if I needed their services.
