Had to install another cleanout to access a different part of the sewer line. Stuck to his quoted price even though we ran into some problems.

They arrived within a few minutes of the time they had specified. After assessing the situation, finding our clean-out point, and quoting a price, they completed the augering work in a timely fashion, and didn't leave a mess behind. We were satisfied with the results. They were recommended by our A/C guy, so we expected good work.

They were reasonable and worked with me with payment plans.  I have recommend them to others.  They checked everything and made everything worked before they left. They told me if I had any problems I could call them at anytime.  I have not had any issues.

Compared to other drain clearing services I've used in the past, I thought his charges were a bit steeper than I expected, but I needed the service, and he was able to come fairly soon after the problem occurred. I know not to wash very furry towels etc in my washer, but over time, lint does build up. I wish washers still had filters you could clean by hand, instead of them being hidden somewhere inside the machine. This team is a father and son, and the younger man arrived promptly, answered my questions, and cleared my drains in an efficient and friendly manner. After having the washer out of commission over a weekend, it was back in service, and with a 6 person household, that is imperative. They informed me of the wait, and I chose to do so, but was very glad to have everything working again.

After informing the plumber that several drains throughout the house were stopped up,
he suggested it was the main-line and asked where the outdoor clean-out was located.
He retrieved his auger from his truck, dug to locate the exact position of the clean-out,
inserted the auger line and began work. Within ten minutes, he re removed the roots plugging
the main-line. After three and 1/2 months I have had no problems.

This was my first experience with Charlie's Rooter Service and overall, I was quite pleased with their work. I was given their number by a trusted source when my washing machine drain line began backing up with every wash load. I contacted Charlie's Rooter Service and explained that my problem was not an emergency but that I would like to get an appointment as soon as possible. Charlie asked what day and time would work best with my schedule and we set up a service appointment for the next afternoon. He also asked if I would like a phone call 30 minutes before the service tech arrived. Charlie was very pleasant to talk to and the 30 minute courtesy call was a nice professional touch.
The next day, as expected, Matt contacted me 30 minutes ahead of his arrival time. Matt introduced himself and was very courteous and professional. I showed him the problem drain and gave him a brief service history of said drain. Matt explained how he would go about cleaning the drain and got right to work. As suspected, a mess of tree roots were causing the backup. The line is clear and draining properly now.
The invoice price of $125 was $25 higher than what I have paid to have this same drain cleaned out in the past but the previous company that charged less no longer does drain clean outs (probably weren't charging enough). The slightly higher fee will not keep me from calling Charlie's when the tree roots start causing problems again.
