+ -1 moreOne of our rental properties (The condo) was left in super poor condition by a previous renter. We hired Chameleon Painting to do some restoration work for us. They went above and beyond, replacing light fixtures, window treatments, painted the walls, ceiling and trim, repaired sheet rock and cleaned up after themselves as well. They were timely, friendly, easy to work with, and completed the job is less time than expected. The second job we hired them for was to do the exterior painting of another property. They did excellent work, finished in a day and had an excellent eye for detail. I would definitely recommend these guys.
