This builders assistant who did all of the sales and contract details did an outstanding job working with her clients and never let details from her end fall through the cracks. She truly seemed to bend over backwards and I cant even imagine how many excess hours per week she put in. Cindy was incredible. Once we got past that phase we had a lot of frustration since 5 months after contract was signed we still did not even have brick on the outside of our house and our house would sit untouched for 2-3 weeks while houses in this builders other neighborhoods were going up quickly. We had several concerns about things that didn't seem right even before the brick was supposed to go on that only he, the person with the expertise on framing, plumbing and coordination of contractors, could answer. In a nutshell communication on the builders part was pretty much non-existant and he would not meet us out on site, or return phone call or text. He would have his assistant do it and she couldn't answer all of those questions. Also, construction seemed to take a long time. The one good thing is that he did give us all of our money back promptly and without headache. Hopefully our experience was an unusual circumstance and not the norm for this builder. His houses do seem nice.

Celebrity is a third generation builder in Tulsa, on the BBB, and established. Celebrity won 1st place in 2012 Parade of Homes in my price range.
Any misunderstandings we had, the builder made it right.
If his crew did something not as planned, the builder made it right.
Celebrity builds a good home and I would use them again.
His assistant, Spot Light Realtors, works her butt off for you. She is the go between for the builder and client. She did a fabulous job of keeping up with the details (SO MANY DETAILS) and made the experience pleasant.
