The Sales Representative (Gary) arrived promptly at the appointed time.  He was dressed very professionally with a CDK logo shirt.  He discussed all of my options with me and tried to get me the best value for my money.  He totally understood what I wanted and ordered appropriately.  The quality of the windows and doors was excellent.  I love the fact that they have the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval.  When the windows and doors arrived, they were promptly installed.  The installers arrived on the day and time we discussed.  No re-scheduling or delays. (Even though the weather was very cold)  They were also dressed in CDK logo clothing and conducted their business in a very professional manner.  They did the installation in a timely manner and even cleaned up afterwords. This was so different from past experiences I have had with window and door companies.  Over all, this was an excellent experience.  I will definately use them in the future and refer them to my friends and family.  I received bids from other companies, but CDK provided the most professional service of them all.  Thank you so much for the wonderful job!!  I will be keeping their number for future reference.
