They were supposed to come out today and they never came and we never heard from anybody. The last interaction was via email last Thursday. He was supposed to come out on Friday but he said he couldn't do it on Friday so he rescheduled for today and obviously he didn't come. We have had services done, but they haven't completed the job that we hired them for. We purchased our own equipment and we bought a $350.00 drain that they were supposed to put into the tub before the tub was set. That didn't get done. When we found the drain and brought it up to them, they had some excuse like they didn't know about it. Their guy was the last to have it whenever he took it upstairs to install it. With the tub was already set, it didn't get installed. Then the $350.00 drain came up missing. They said that they never saw it. The owner came out here and took it upstairs. We settled the drain issue. We had other contractors here in the house and of course they tried to blame it on someone else doing it. They broke a piece that they installed from the faucet company. We had to reorder the piece and it was backordered, so it took 4 months or so to get it in. He called and threatened us because we withheld $500.00 of his final payment until they finished all the work. The owner was calling and leaving voice mails on our phone saying that he was going to put a lien on our house unless we paid him the rest of the money, yet the work wasn't complete. We finally got the party in last Tuesday and scheduled to have them come in and finish all the work and of course they haven't come back yet. It is just fixing things like the parts that have turned around the wrong way and installing a temperature gauge properly that doesn't work correctly. Once they fix all that, we would give them the final payment. We would not use them in the future.
