I did not have good luck with them and will not use them again. I paid for nothing and I think they are comparable to other companies in town but I did not get the help I needed from them.

It’s a private business. The owner’s name is Mr. Charles Suffal. He first came out to clean up the computer. He was here for about 4 hours. I had him come another time to check if I had installed a program correctly. He was referred to me by my neighbor. I tried to find a feedback on him online. I ran across a comment from somebody and he referred to Mr. Suffal where he said Mr. Suffal was working for another company and when he left that company the business was of no good. He ran into Mr Suffal and found out that Mr. Suffal had opened his own business. So I called him. I had installed the software and I had him check if I had done it right. He did that and also checked for some other things. His price is marvelous but I don’t know what other people are charging in this area. He is very knowledgeable. He gives you almost 24 hours service. I had run into a problem so he told me that I could call him until 2 a.m. in the morning and he would help me over the phone. He is a hard working young man who knows his business.
