BURGGRAF RESTORATION

My mother and father's house had water damage requiring kitchen replacement. They were dishonest in their quote, demolished the kitchen then took 5 months to repair. My parents had to move out because they could not function in a house with no kitchen floor. Contractors left the house unlocked and unprotected for three weeks resulting in thieves stealing all of my parent's heirlooms. The cabinets are poor quality, uneven finishes. They were unresponsive, ignored repeated attempts to resolve conflicts, and ultimately threatened to file a lien against my mother's house. This is the worst contractor I have ever worked with. Do NOT hire these scam artists.

Burgraff is 5 star, they were very professional, excellent customer service and the price was right. I'm a property owner, had a roof leak that happened Saturday night. All I can say I called and Burgraff came. Burgraff guy was very informational. I'm looking forward to working again with Burgraff.

We had a grease sewer back up/  Burggraff was great at first. This happened Sunday and they came out Monday. They hauled off half the carpet cut down the middle and left the other half that was not wet stay on the floor. They did put down mold retardant, which was awesome. They say in the commercials that they pay your deductible.  What they don't tell you is that Burggraff  will give a 500 dollar break on the price if you use their contractors to repair and restore the damaged area with flooring, painting and resealing. But you have to agree to let them do all of it.  Burggraff was very hard to get any answers out of. They left their fans unattended and on in our house for 4 days. Dust got everywhere. They tried to charge us for steam cleaning when they did NO cleaning at all. The project manager was not professional. He told us that we could afford low grade laminate. He and the contractor tried to push us to put carpet back in the area instead of what we wanted. Project manager for Burggraff prejudged what we could afford and spend instead of giving us a choice of low medium and high grade options to restore the flooring. We fired them and paid a private contractor for the restoration. Burggraff did a fairly good job on the emergency response and they were quick, but they left nails in the floor. They were a nightmare to deal with about the restoration of the flooring so we did not even attempt to have them do the flooring and restoration. The prices they quoted were very high and the quality was very low on the products they offered us.

Badly. They refused to give detailed reports. They made sure their request used all the insurance money but they did not do part of the job expected by the insurance company.

I'M VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WOULD SHOW UP LATE TO THE JOB AND WOULD LEAVE EARLY EVERY DAY. THEY LEFT A REALLY BIG MESS FOR US TO CLEAN UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE. THE PAINT JOB WAS UNSATISFACTORY. I ALSO FELT THAT THEY OVER CHARGED ME.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK BUT I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THE TYPE OF MATERIALS THEY USED. THEY SEEMED TO BE VERY CHEAP AND I SUSPECT THAT THEY ARE NO GOOD.

THIS COMPANY IS GREAT TO WORK WITH. THEY HELPED MAKE LIFE A LITTLE EASIER DURING A VERY ROUGH TIME. THEIR PRICE IS WONDERFUL AND THEY WORK WELL WITH ANY INSURANCE YOU MAY HAVE.
