Tenants complained no hot water. the Pilot was out. Reignite the pilot and it lasted about 10 minutes. It went out again. There is a small leak in the water line and spray a mist and pit out the pilot.  The water heater was too old to find a replacement parts. A new water heater is required. The time from checking for the problem until new water heater ordered and installed 3 hours. I'll called and use him and his crew again.

When I started investing in a rental property, I interviewed a couple of plumbers, he striked me as most professional, he did some work and guaranteed it- that is how I found him. For anything that we need done, we call him and he will come right over and make sure it gets taken care of. I have been using him for the last six years. He explained to me that the original installation is not up to code; putting it up to code would be a certain price and fixing it would be another price. When he looked at the heater which is 7 years, he said it would not probably last another two years. So I could either fix it for a time being or replace it altogether.
