I was referred by a friend and was not disappointed. Charlie gave me very impressive customer service, and the air con worked better than it has in 2 years. I totally recommend Bryant's

I took my vehicle in early in the morning (about 8:30) because front AC wasn't working, while the rear AC was fine.  I wasn't sure what the problem was, but sure enough it was the compressor.  They had all the parts to complete the work in stock, so I authorized the work and had the car back before 2PM.
The Good:
The staff was friendly and helpful and they made sure I understood what was wrong, the troubleshooting process they went through, why they had to various extra tasks, and generally made me feel OK about dropping 10x more than I was prepared to.  They also offered to give me a ride home instead of waiting, which was nice.  I feel like they did good work and took good care of my vehicle.
The Bad:
Honestly I think they charge(d) a bit much for some of the stuff.  The compressor itself wasn't terribly expensive, but the hoses, freon, and especially labor seemed high.  Not extremely high... but a little high.  I didn't shop around so I can't be sure,  The best way to put it is I got great service and I paid for it.
Also, as other reviewers have noted, they aren't the most professional bunch, which is fine.  Political correctness is not a thing.  Didn't bother me at all and I never felt like it was a problem, but I could see where others might find it offputting.

I'd been quoted a price of $1,450 to replace the compressor and condenser.    I called around to get quotes and these guys knew exactly what was wrong because they've replaced the clutch in the compressor many times in the same year and model.   They were also helpful about answering questions about what they actually did and showing me parts to demonstrate.   I highly, highly recommend them!
The estimate was the same as the final price and my car's a/c was working in less than 24 hours.

Owner was great and fixed the electrical problem when no one else would even look at it. Took some time to diagnose, but the AC has worked flawlessly since the repair on a 9 day, 2000+ mile RV trip from Tulsa to California in the heat. Positive experience. In my opinion there is no other place to take your vehicle for AC service. They offer new parts or can rebuild what you have. They were honest and upfront about labor costs, parts, and time to replace.

I took it in at 0800 and it was complete at 1500. This has been the only company that is able to repair this vehicle. The dealership could not repair it. This company also builds and repairs A/C hoses for older cars like mine.

Picked up car and drove it approx. 500 yards and heard a big bang.  Took it back to Bryant's and they said a fan blade had broken.  It took a couple of weeks to find another blade and cost another $400.  AC works great now.

My wife had a leak in an air conditioning line that ran to the rear of her Ford Expedition EL.  Ford wanted to charge over $1400 to repair as they had to remove the body of the entire truck to access the tubing.  I took it to Bryant's and they explained in detail how they could repair it in place and modify it so that the leak would not re-occur.  They did the whole job in an hour or so and came out less than 25% of the Ford dealer quote.  They seemed to have a good stock of parts so I didn't have to wait to order anything (important when dealing with OK summers!) and competent people.  The several people I spoke to all were exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.
The part has "stayed fixed" through the summer so I'm happy.
I had a separate issue with the connector to the front fan a couple of months later.  I called Bryant &  they referred me to another electrical shop better suited to replace the connector.  All went well and I'm back on track.
Several months later the air did not seem to be getting cool and I returned suspecting the tubing leak repair might be leaking.  They quickly found a gas leak at a service port, solved it & charged up the gas while I waited.
I am not easily pleased but after remodeling a house and dealing with many service companies throughout the summer and getting a few other repairs done to a couple of other vehicles, Bryant Auto is at the 1st place spot for competency and service.
