Brucke Flooring

Our wood floors were showing a little wear in the top coat in couple of areas due to the dogs running through those areas for several years. Since we were about to put the house on the market we decided to have the floors refinished. The wear was not very noticeable and the floors did not necessarily need to be refinished but we wanted the house to be as good as new inside and out before putting it on the market.
Brucke Flooring was able to sand the floors lightly and apply a fresh coat of polyurethane. The floors look better than new now.
All of their employees were very knowledgeable and professional.
If I ever need wood flooring installed or repaired in the future, I will definitely use Brucke Flooring.

We got great information before any work started on how long the job would take, how much dust (a bunch!) sanding generates, how the dust would be controlled, access to the workspace, etc. We were satisfied that there would be no surprises. The crew was amazingly fast and efficient.

After making contact with Brucke they set me up for a representative to meet with us in our house and go over what options we had to fix our floor. We had two large areas that needed to be laced back in with the main floor because there had previously been walls in these locations. We were given a couple options but it was strongly recommended we refinish the house altogether to make the floors the same throughout. We agreed to this being our best option and quickly scheduled a date for the work. they were able to get us in quickly, only a week or so after our in-home meeting. The installers were punctual and worked very h****** our floor, finishing a day early! We loved the quality of work that they performed, our floors look amazing now! I would not hesitate to give Brucke a glowing recommendation to anyone in need of help in the hardwood flooring area.

The installer arrived each morning when he said he would be there. He worked diligently through the day only breaking for lunch. He was clean and professionally dressed for his work. He was respectful of my property. He was very nice and a really good guy. I have a lot of cutouts where errors are easily committed but they are all clean and accurate and look great.

They are punctual. Their price is good. They do quality work. I would use them in the future.

I was not impressed with them. I was not pleased with the workmanship; it was poor. I had to ask them to redo things three times. They would tell me one thing, but would do another. The oversight was not there. The materials were quality, but when it comes to details, I had stains on my floors. I had to clean up their mess outside. It was just a bad experience.
