We just finished a 7 year stint with Bricker.
We started having problems with the plumbing on day 1. My husband made minor repairs as we could but the problem ultimately was a collapsed line under our patio.
All those years of toilette water running under our house, caused mold and allergy issues. The plumbers follwed the existing crack in the concrete to repair the line. When they finally changed the line, Bricker left a two foot wide gaping trench in the patio since March and the plumbers pulled two pieces of old iron pipe from the same hole they dug to change the lines, they dumped that old line along the back fence of my yard and left it. Said it wasn't their responsibility to haul it off.
We finally moved in July. We did NOT give a thirty day notice but we were tired of the bloody noses and terminal rounds of antibiotics.
Now they say we owe them for the days we didn't let them know we were moving and there has been no mention of our deposit. Go figure. We are going to pay the ransom so we can get on with our lives but I would never recommend them, they don't maintain the properties they so call "manage" they are just money collectors. For what it's worth, we haven't had a sniffle or nose bleed since we moved.
