We were fortunate to have John Morris and Brad Penrose install our new system which included sealing all ducts, installing a new return system, heat and air units, tankless water heater and attic insulation. John is extremely knowledgeable and both these guys did their very best for us. So many companies want to do a "quick fix" and that was not what we wanted. Ultimately, this new system will save us a lot of money, thanks to these two people. Highly recommended.

I called Brian yesterday afternoon and he was able to do repair this morning and it wasn't even an emergency. Diagnosed problem right away, went to buy the new fan and was back and done within a short time. I appreciated that he didn't try to sell me more than I needed.

I called Brian's Heat and Air based on some of the reviews I was reading. The job was to replace a complete system, and I'm 45 miles away so my first question was if they service my area. Very apologetically he informed me that I was "a little" outside of their area. I told him it was no problem. Within seconds of completing our call, he kindly sent me text messages recommending a couple of other companies. With that professionalism and character and wish I was "a little" closer so I could do business with him.

I had prepaid for an inspection and 20 point service that was not completed because my thermostat was never looked at he was friendly enough he never introduced himself . I had to ask him his name because there were two men. They talked me into spending $125 that I didn't anticipate to replace some coil or fuse or something but I got the impression that they were just really trying to get more money out of me and be on their way as quickly as possible.

"We apologise that you weren't satisfied with our services the Fab blade was broke and caused the bearings to wear out causing the unit to sound louder than a train. It burnt up the start stop station and we recommend replacing that as well. We did the 29 point inspection and just pointed out what the component needed. We also took panels off and washed out. Did all we could do. Offered to dismiss the 29 point inspection fee if she let us upgrade component with new motor , propellar and top off freon as well as finance it to her what she could afford so compressor wouldn't burn up. I apologise I couldn't make her happy."

Brian bid the job competitively and looked for the most economical solution for me. He also came out the next day after I called and started helping me. Once completed, the air is very cold and the Goodman he installed is very quiet.

I've used Brian's H&A three times this year for my rentals and am very happy with them. Each time they came out quickly, same day or next day, and got the work done as quickly as possible. First time John came out he identified the problem and gave me option to fix, which he said would likely be a temporary fix, or replace just the air handler. He fixed it and true to his prognosis it did freeze up again a few months later. This happened to be the busy season and they still made it happen. $2300. The next day another house I have had issues. John came out on the weekend, same day I text him, and fixed the next day. $500. Each time he emailed me the different options for fixing/replacing and his recommendation. This is really helpful to be able to think about and research the options.

After seeing my review Brian called to make things right. He apologized for the interaction I had with his after hours tech. He offered to meet me at my job and give me a refund for the service call charge. He also offered to take care of any service call I needed over the next 3 years free of charge. I appreciate that he took time out to make it up to me and my wife.

My wife and I recently purchased our first home and about 30 days after we moved in the central air conditioner wasn't blowing cold. We were told that the unit was only about 7 years old. I called Brian Heat and Air and spoke with Brian. I told him that the unit was blowing cold air when we first moved in but stopped blowing cold a few days ago. I told him that I thought we only needed to have freon added. The after hours tech came to check the unit and he told us that our coil condenser was not compatible and that we will need to replace our whole system cheapest rate was $1500. We were refereed to another company after we got the quote from Brian's Heat and Air.  The other company looked and the unit and saw that the outside connection wasn't welded properly and that we had no coolant in the system. He fixed the weld to prevent the leak and charged the unit with Freon.  He was in and out with in 45 mins and fixed the issue for about $300.00. I feel that the tech from Brian's was trying to find an easy fix and charge more money by trying to have us replace the condenser coil. He also did not mention the leak that was coming from the bad weld job on the outside connection to the unit or tell us that the unit was out of froen which was what we suspected in the first place.

"Im sorry to see your frustration and dissatisfaction with our services posted to Angieslist. Our Service Technician John is a very good tech. One of the best in Tulsa. I looked over all of his notes on his service report as well as the images of data plates and agree that this system is incompatible and before addressing problems of performance, the incompatibilities need to be addressed. Otherwise, even if operating, your equipment will not perform as designed and this will lead to high utility costs as well as diminished performance. The Condenser (Outdoor AC Unit) is a Concord model# 4AC13L36P-3A and the Serial# is 1910A02280. This condenser comes precharged from the manufacturer and is designed to operate using 5# 9oz of R-410A. The indoor Evaporator is a Trane Model# 2TXCB042BC3HCAA serial# B143X505G rated for "R-22 Only" (Its Printed on the data plate of their coil). Anytime we see incompatible equipment installed, we inform the homeowner immediately and let them know what it will take to resolve the matters of incompatibility. The reason why is because there are no known performance characteristics associated with mismatched systems. If a data plate says R-22 Only there is no reason for us to assume we can fix the problem by charging the equipment with R-410a. I have listed the model and serial numbers of the equipment in question and encourage each person who sees this review to call the tech support departments of both manufacturers and read them [Member Name Removed]'s review as well as our response and get their professional opinions. These reviews effect our livelihood and undermine our professional knowledge. Ive seen people fix water leaks with duct tape and called it good claiming that it worked. This is just another example of unqualified people putting in equipment with no regard for the homeowner. I would be interested to see the utility cost associated with this installation throughout the history of the installation. I encourage you to learn more about the heating and cooling industry and get to know the system installed in your home by calling the following tech support lines and reading your review as well as our response to your review to get their professional advice as the manufacturer of these products. Concord can be reached by calling (800) 448-5872 and Trane can be reached by calling (877) 788-7263. We appreciate your initial call and hope that we can change your opinion about our company. After the two other companies we hired to come out to fix our heater failed to fix the problem we called Brian's. He fixed the problem and had it up and running in an hour. If we had called them to begin with we would have saved a lot of time and money. We will never use anyone else again!

My central heat quit working. I called them and they came the same day. They fixed the problem with the thermostat. They are nice guys and are very reasonable. They are very friendly and I would highly recommend them.

They made time to fix my problem the same day I called. They replaced my fan motor in about 20 minutes. When the motor was too small for my unit, they came back (again the same day) to replace it at no additional charge.
