"I apologise for it being a little outside of my area. If we have a manufacturer issue with system and have to go back, it really is an issue. "We apologise that you weren't satisfied with our services the Fab blade was broke and caused the bearings to wear out causing the unit to sound louder than a train. It burnt up the start stop station and we recommend replacing that as well. We did the 29 point inspection and just pointed out what the component needed. We also took panels off and washed out. Did all we could do. Offered to dismiss the 29 point inspection fee if she let us upgrade component with new motor , propellar and top off freon as well as finance it to her what she could afford so compressor wouldn't burn up. I apologise I couldn't make her happy."

"Im sorry to see your frustration and dissatisfaction with our services posted to Angieslist. Our Service Technician John is a very good tech. One of the best in Tulsa. I looked over all of his notes on his service report as well as the images of data plates and agree that this system is incompatible and before addressing problems of performance, the incompatibilities need to be addressed. Otherwise, even if operating, your equipment will not perform as designed and this will lead to high utility costs as well as diminished performance. The Condenser (Outdoor AC Unit) is a Concord model# 4AC13L36P-3A and the Serial# is 1910A02280. This condenser comes precharged from the manufacturer and is designed to operate using 5# 9oz of R-410A. The indoor Evaporator is a Trane Model# 2TXCB042BC3HCAA serial# B143X505G rated for "R-22 Only" (Its Printed on the data plate of their coil). Anytime we see incompatible equipment installed, we inform the homeowner immediately and let them know what it will take to resolve the matters of incompatibility. The reason why is because there are no known performance characteristics associated with mismatched systems. If a data plate says R-22 Only there is no reason for us to assume we can fix the problem by charging the equipment with R-410a. I have listed the model and serial numbers of the equipment in question and encourage each person who sees this review to call the tech support departments of both manufacturers and read them [Member Name Removed]'s review as well as our response and get their professional opinions. These reviews effect our livelihood and undermine our professional knowledge. Ive seen people fix water leaks with duct tape and called it good claiming that it worked. This is just another example of unqualified people putting in equipment with no regard for the homeowner. I would be interested to see the utility cost associated with this installation throughout the history of the installation. I encourage you to learn more about the heating and cooling industry and get to know the system installed in your home by calling the following tech support lines and reading your review as well as our response to your review to get their professional advice as the manufacturer of these products.
