I've trained in a lot of fitness centers and gyms. From the huge franchises to the 'hole in the wall joints', but I've never worked out in a place where the owners took such care in providing a spotless environment and top-of-the-line equipment. They also know their members by name and treat each member as though they were the only one. It's nice to find a business that understands the value of the customer and strives to excel in every area. Because there are no contracts, these folks work hard to keep you coming back! I love it!
