I had no idea what I wanted as a new vehicle. I went to all the car lots looking for "something" used that was fuel efficient. I was determined not to buy a new vehicle. However when I arrived at Bob Moore Nissan, the salesman listened to what I thought I wanted and explained to me that used cars at the time were actually more expensive than new ones, and showed me a new Nissan Juke that turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. We took it on a test drive and he thoroughly explained every detail of the car to me, was extremely patient, answered all of my questions and got me excellent financing. And as I continued calling after the sale with additional questions the business was polite and helpful until I was used to all the options and how it worked.

I bought my used car from them which soon after proved to have a leaky transmission. They fixed it at no charge. After driving it another week, the emissions light came on. When Nelson Nissan looked at it again, they decided a replacement part they had installed previously was faulty and they again did work on my car at no charge. The car is running great. I will continue to take my car there because they stand behind their work.

Excellent check in experience. They do require appointments but you can schedule one online or call them. They are good to wash your car after an oil change and make recommendations for additional service without being pushy.
