Wayne is a nice guy who has many years experience. He did a good job overall. The only two negatives on his work was a water handle that was not tightened and an incorrect sized end cap on wires on my disposal. He also is a bit chatty and as he charges by the hour I felt I might have paid for some chat time. He charges $95 an hour and my next plummer only charged $75 and did the work in a fraction of the time ($266 vs $945 for the same work - I had to redo my countertops causing me to reinstall the faucets and copper sink).
