The service was great. They did their job and the charge was reasonable.

They did a big installation in 2003. I spent about $200 on the last service they did. They are excellent. They are perfect.

Robert showed up within a couple of hours of my service call. He diagnosed the problem, took the time to explain to me the cause of the problem and how the unit works, and went to the trouble to find out if the part needed was under warranty. It was, and he went far beyond his responsibility to contact the manufacturer, order the part, and then install it. None of the other two service providers took the time to do this, and Robert's exemplary customer service saved me nearly $2,000. I highly recommend Barker's.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME BUT DID A LOUSY JOB FIXING MY CENTRAL AIR. IT BROKE AGAIN WITHIN THREE MONTHS, AND I HAD TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE COME OUT AND DO THE EXACT SAME THING. I WAS VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THAT.
