Bargain Moving Company

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! Where do I start... Well, they showed up on time. and that's where the one star will come from. I've used moving companies before. they come in they pad the doorways, they cushion the corners, and they pad your items. NONE of that happened. They damaged my floors, they put holes in my wall. and all of my items are now dinged, scratched, or broken, and also nothing was padded in the truck. After letting the owner (Brian) know about what had happened, after some back and forth with him denying anything and everything, and constantly talking over me not listening to a word I was saying, except for what he wanted to hear. He asked ME for what I wanted for compensation. I simply asked him for $400 back from the $1400 cash that we spent with this company.. they quoted me $600-800 by the way, and he agreed and told me to come pick it up. I went up there to pick it up, and not only was he not there, he told me "he didn't owe me anything" when I called him. I DO understand that business' have to protect their own, but this was an utter con job and a rip off. I BEG you to stay away from this company at all cost. Hire someone that actually goes the extra mile. YOU get what you pay for... and this was NO bargain by any stretch.
