+ -1 moreBank of America did fine services for me with our mortgage on the house we recently bought, although I care not to discuss what I paid for any services. They, however, really let me down with the settlement of the house I was selling. My buyer's paperwork sat on the desk of an employee there and so my settlement got pushed back several weeks. I was not terribly happy about that. They could improve the communication levels within their company and greatly improve upon their punctuality skills.
Description of Work: Bank of America handled the mortgage on my 1800 square foot home when we bought it. They also handled the mortgage on our old house's buyer.
