Always great - always the best gift for the tot or person whose occasion it is...
Description of Work: She has made balloon bouquets over the years for the kids in my family and they always are so excited to get them and they usually become a central theme in the birthday party. Every year for a long time, my family would joke about which balloon surprise Aunt ---- would send this year.... Loads of fun, she's very responsive, and very prompt. Very dedicated to making the occasions fun and adding to the celebration as best she can. Recommend highly!
