Our door, at work, was damaged by a forklift.

They were out same day and fixed a complex job in short order!  So fast, I was shocked to find out they had left to go get an unusually sized part.

This is our third time to use them. Very polite and easy to deal with. They get the job done without delays.

I ordered the replacement sections from the manufacturer. Once I had received them, I called B and B Garage Doors. Within an hour, Wade and Ray Simon were at my house. Ray took a look at my door and gave me an estimate of $90. This was a very competitive bid. He said he could do the work right then and there--the other company had said they couldn't get to it until 2 days later--so I said, and quot;Let's do it.and quot;
Ray was very knowledgeable--said he'd been working on garage doors for over 26 years. He quickly disassembled the bent sections from the door, replaced them with the new sections I had already ordered, and then lubed all of the rollers and bearings. As he tested the door by raising and lowering it, he noticed that a couple of the rollers were binding along the upper portion of one of the tracks. He adjusted the track and drilled a new mounting hole in order to do this. Now my door works even better than it did when it was new! And to top it off, Ray didn't charge me any extra for this (I tipped him though).
I would highly recommend B and B Garage Doors. They are honest, do great work at a reasonable price, and they stand behind what they say. You can't ask for better than this!

I paid $150 but that was with parts. I like that they were able to get to me the same day and I like that he recommended some things to keep the door in good repair like things I can do and they seemed professional. They were also about $10 lower on their service fee. Most of them were $85 to come out and he was about $75.

the crew showed up, and within 10 minutes was working on the removal of the spring. Very polite, clean, and professional. The technicial apologized for taking so long because he had an old football injury that was acting up but as i was already thinking it would take 3-4 hours for me, i figured it would take them at least half that time. I was shocked when it was completed in about 1 hr and then they started inspecting and adjusting as needed. the work slowed down at that point but it was obvious that the inspection and adjustment was beign done at a comfortable rate. overall the job was outstanding and i can now get in and out of my garage without incident.
