Jim is very knowledgeable and honest. He worked great with the foundation repair company and worked to get the best work done but also understood our budget and worked hard to keep it within it. We will use him as long as he is doing it.

They did a very good job. Let us know everything that we should be concerned about.

Jim showed up a little late but the house is a little hard to find so he's not the only one to have problems finding it. Though the house was failry new, he still spent alot of time there looking around the exterior, interior and attic. His hand drawing of the house and layout was surprisinlgy accurate. Though he found no problems(as expected) he did give some helpful suggestions for some preventative measures. He was a very nice man, even brought chocoloates for my realtor(it was Valentine's day!) Would use again or suggest to friends.

I had called them to inspect a home that I was considering in purchasing. They were professional and courteous with our phone conversations. I ended up not using there services because I changed my mind about purchasing the home. They were helpful in answering my questions. When I do decide to purchase I will give them a call.

Everything went well. They found some very small, detailed problems that others may have overlooked. Their reports were complete and prompt. The costs were right in line with what I expected to pay.

James was on time and extremely professional. He even wore hospital booties over his shoes so he didn't track anything on the carpet! He was extremely thorough and found lots of little things that I would never even have thought about like how the garage door openers were hooked up. I couldn't believe how cheap it was too, especially considering he spent the most time of all the inspections (termite, structural, etc.) and was actually the cheapest. He went back through after the owners had made repairs and noticed one of the toilets was still leaking so they put in a new toilet. Very impressed.

Scheduled a home inspection of property under contract. Requested the structural and EMP inspections, to receive the chimney inspection for no cost. When the crew arrived at the residence, I was informed that only the EMP was actually scheduled. After minimal discussion, James rescheduled the remainder of the needed inspections - including adding the termite inspection at the last moment. The inspectors were incredibly thorough, finding and reporting on even the smallest items found (squeaky drawers!). Each inspector gave a detailed walk-around, pointing out the deficiencies he found, inviting/allowing questions. The final reports were very detailed, with complete recommendations on further inspections/interventions needed. The reports were also delivered promptly, allowing us to meet our deadline for submission of the TRR to the sellers.

James (and his crew) were very responsive and understanding of my needs and anxieties about purchasing a new home. I highly, highly recommend this company! (Wish that I could rate this company A+ or higher!!)

Thorough inspection; very professional.

Was willing to conform to our schedule so we could have all inspections done at once. This meant a lot as we are relocating. Was first to arrive and I was amazed how quickly he could do a rough floor plan. Gave me a much better ideal of how the house was originally built and subsequently added-on. Showed me the original wall locations. Was professional and quickly gained my confidence.
