We lost power to our house when a tree limb fell on our power line during a storm and yanked the meter/weather head off the back of the house. PSO came out about 4 pm on a Thursday and could not reconnect until the repairs were done. I found Aspen in the phone book because I had no power so could not access Angie's list. I couldn't meet them that night so they came out first thing on Friday morning. They explained that they could not reconnect the box unless a more substantial frame were built around the meter. They told me what was needed and advised me to call a handyman to do the work and they could come back to attach the box. I could not find a handyman so later in the day Aspen came back with their own handyman and finished the job. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I will definitely call them in the future.
