Arrowhead replaced my roof in 2004 and did a great job so they were the first company I called this time. Andy came out and looked it over in May, and even worked with my insurance company to get the claim filed, but once I sent them the claim information, he never got me a contract - I called him and emailed a couple of times, and he said they were "busy" and would get me a contract, but never did.
