I own Oklahoma Extreme Tumbling and Cheer. We have and old building that truly needs a lot of work. Thanks to Debra, Megan, and Joe we were able to get the roof repaired and all leaks plugged. When a leak popped up in our old building it took one phone call and they responded very quickly! I highly recommend them for home and business roofing needs. They are the best at customer service and competitive pricing. Thank you so much for taking care of our business. You guys are the BEST!!!

It took me about 5-10 minutes talking to Joe to settle on American Central for our hail damage work. He was far more knowledgeable and professional than the other roofers who quoted the job, (one of which never even got on the roof to measure or inspect, but "guaranteed' he'd get insurance to cover the roof, a new fence, new patio furniture, & the kid's playhouse!). For starters, Joe was recommended by another gutter company, which was quoting the gutters separately. When your competition recommends you, that speaks volumes! Joe ended up getting both the roof & gutters included on the insurance claim & agreed to my request to use the gutter company that had quoted it, instead of his own crew.....even stayed late at the office to help us pick shingle & gutter colors one evening. He oversaw another separate contractor that he had fabricate some custom flashing to accommodate the pergola over the back patio. And, the majority of the roof was completed in 1 day. Just some minor finishing & cleanup on Day 2. And, when the insurance balked on some of his Supplement estimates, Joe was professional but forceful in defending his numbers & had the measurements & data to back up his claims. As a result, both of his Supplemental claims over the initial Settlement amount were covered by insurance. In hindsight, I wish I'd used American Central for the gutter installation as well, since they had to come back TWICE to fix mistakes & leaks. Since American Central was the POC for the overall insurance claim, he stayed on the gutter contractor, until everything was fixed properly, even though it wasn't his crew. We've had a lot of work done on our house the last couple yrs (stack-block retaining wall, concrete patio, pergola, pool deck, exterior paint) before this roof project, & I'd lost faith in Contractors in general, after all the problems we had with each one on every job. Joe & American Central single-handedly convinced me that good, competent Contractors still exist. I've recommended him twice already!

This was the best experience we have ever encountered with a contractor. Joe Esser is professional, responsive and punctual. The quality of work and materials were exceptional. We had a new roof installed and it only took one and one-half days. His office staff are polite and quick to return calls, particularly Debra Majewski. She called to check on the work and continued to check on us to make sure our issues were resolved. We are so pleased and will happily recommend American Central Corp for our construction needs. The work was done professionally, and in a timely manner. They were on the job site to ensure the work was done correctly. The company also offered upgrades and improvements to the roofing job at hand. The quality of material and work was better than what was being replaced.

Work went great took two days, but now I have a great looking roof.

My girlfriend had used American Central Corp and had recommended I call them after we were denied by our insurance carrier. I spoke with the owner and he and his team took it from there and came out to get started not long after the first contact. They were puntual, professional and although the weather was pretty bad the first day, they managed to get it all done within the time frame promised. They were pleasant, cleaned up their mess and the owner called us several times during the process to check on progress and ask us how things were going. All-in-all, it was a painless process that was without the usual drama associated with insurance claims and contractors. Thank you, American Central Corp for a job well done. I will definitely refer to friends and relatives.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Hired American Central Corp,insurance payed them, they hired Tyler Paulsen to lay our lamenent flooring, they buckled and NOT because of humidity, Tyler was in jail for strangling his ex and holding a gun to her head, not very reliable is he? Sending pictures to insurance co, calling BBB Then contacting our attorney. My husband has called and tried to get Joe's help, I called Joe and he refused to help because he is taking the word of Tyler Pauson, Joe could have done the right thing and sent a contractor out to see for himself and hear what happened, we hired American Central Corp , not Tyler. The insurance co. Payed American CentralCorp. First The contracter Dave charged us more than the job was bidded because he claimed Joe forgot to add in the paint for our tower. then Tyler Paulsen from perfect floor design and his team layed our floors too tight, and left nails sticking out of the capet on our stairs that he layed, Sending copies and reviews to angies list, Yelp, BBB, Fb, And every place on the enternet. We've already had 3 other floor companies come and look at our floors, it buckled due to inpropper installation, i.e. Perfect Floor Design hired by this company screwed it up. American Central Corp is unprofessional, lucky for us this was an insurance claim, they will not be happy this company took their payment and did not do their job.

Every project (we are up to 3 major ones now) have been met timely, efficiently.  The contractor continues to offer alternate suggestions to my original plans, and we discuss them at length.  I have ideas, he has knowledge, we have a very nice meeting of the minds between the two.  I couldn't be more pleased with American Central.

It went well. I have several properties and other roofers
have not been as courteous or conscientious. This was an insurance covered
replacement and I was skeptical that their quote would be met by the insurance
allowance, but it did. Even though this was a replacement I feel that it was an
upgrade. I'm well satisfied.

Joe Esser, owner of American Central Roofing, was extremely helpful to us in working with our insurance company. We had a roof claim denied in 2011 (even though at least half of the roofs around us were replaced in 2011 and at that time another roofing company confirmed that we had what they felt was sufficient hail damage). In May of 2012, Joe walked us through filing another claim. He met with the insurance adjusters and the claim was approved. He was professional, punctual and thorough. In addition to replacing the roof, American Central contracted a painter to do inside sheet rock work and painting to repair interior damage, as well as a guttering company to replace guttering. They were also helpful in suggesting workmen for some other repairs that we needed to do. We found Joe to be very particular about details of work done. He made sure we were 100% satisfied with the work. (The $2600 was the amount of our insurance deductible.) 
Our home has had numerous leaks through the years and we have had dealings with quite a few roofing companies. We have had a lot of trouble with other roofers following through on what they said they would do. American Central Roofing followed through with everything they said they would do, and were punctual in doing so. Couldn't ask for more.
I whole-heartedly recommend American Central Roofing. Our home looks beautiful!

After several denials from our insurance company and two other roofing companies not being able to successfully asset us with our insurance company, Mr. Joe Esser of American Central Roofing came in and assited us. He proved to the insurance company that our roof had indeed been totally damaged by hail and was successful in getting the insurance company to pay for the new roof and also replace the guttering. Mr Esser worked tirelessly in our behalf to accomplish this project.
After the roofing shingles had been replaced and about six weeks had passed, a problem arose when a heavy windstorm was able to lift and peel back some of the new shingles. A call to Mr. Esser about the problem brought an immediate response by him coming out and replacing the bad shingles and fixing everything. Long story short, this same problem happened four times in different areas of the roof. It was determined that some of the new shingles would not seal properly. Mr Esser didn't just pass it off as being --not his problem, but it being the manufacturers problem. Once again Mr. Esser took up our cause and brought in the manufactures rep and worked until everything was resolved to our satisfaction.

Mr Esser was involved with the replacement of several other roofs in our neighborhood and as far as i know everyone of them was totally satisfied with his work.
