Perfectly. I requested a specific plumber, Stile Goswith and had to wait 5 days (Without hot water) before he was available. He was absolutely worth the wait!!! He did an awesome job, with a smile and a professional attitude throughout. He will be my go to person for any future plumbing requirements.

The technician, Tom, arrived at 9:30 in the morning. Suited up in a clean professional uniform, clean, neat, professional, polite, friendly. Went right to work to diagnose the problem, explained different options for repair. We decided on a new unit since ours was 37 years old. Explained exactly what he would do, ordered the new unit and came back in a week and did exactly what he said he would do, at exactly the price he quoted! They put down a towel to wipe their feet on to keep our floors clean, and immaculately cleaned up after themselves when the job was complete. A+++!!!!!

Punctuality rated B instead of A because the wrong address was furnished to the plumbers. Minor problem because they called to tell me what happened & that they would be a few minutes late. This was my first experience using Allied for a service call. I previously purchased parts from their store & was impressed by Leroy who was very knowledgeable & helpful. I thought if all their employees represented the company like Leroy, it had to be a good choice. Well, it was. Stile & Brian were professional, courteous, efficient & knew their stuff. Top notch customer service. Will call them for all of my future plumbing needs.

I contacted Allied on a Friday morning, and they had two guys out to fix it that afternoon. Much faster service than I expected! They knew immediately what to do and had the repairs completed in no time. They wore booties to ensure no dirt was carried in and were very friendly. Great Service! Great price! Great Guys!

I had a bad smell coming out of my shower drain. Two guys (one in training) came to look at it. Seems I just had some hair blocking the drain. They used my tool (a dryer vent brush) and cleaned out the hair. Took about 5 minutes. He put bleach down the drain afterwards at my request. That was it. Cost $128. I learned a lesson. Use a dryer vent brush (about $10) and do it yourself to save the money. The fella's were nice and informative, but I sure wish I could have got a better rate since the job was so simple and short.

I called them out before to put a camera inside the sewer line and find out why our bathroom kept backing up. They said dirt had collapsed on the line and snapped it in two. They dug up a small section on the eastern side of the house and pulled up the pipe. The workers explained to me exactly what they were doing, and even showed me the old pipe that was full of tree roots and crumbly. One of the workers apologized for taking all day and for me and my family being in the house with no water while they did the job, but we weren't upset. They quickly finished not too long after. Seth, who scheduled the job, was extremely helpful, nice and professional throughout the whole project. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Our washing machine kept flooding all over the kitchen. We thought it was just a clog between the washer and the garbage disposal.
Allied found that the kitchen sewer pipe was crushed and full of dirt and mud. The closest way to get to that pipe was to jack hammer up our nice concrete driveway. They came up with the idea of running new pipes under the crawl space and connecting to a different sewer line. We appreciated the creative solution and the fact that they were thoroughly professional. Mike "gets" older houses.
We recommend them to everyone looking for a good plumber.

The plumber had to replace a valve and piece of the pipe and put a new flap in the water tank of the toilet as well. (As far as I could tell. My husband was home and knows a bit better of anything else that was done). He cleaned up the floor pretty good when he was finished too.
All in all we were very happy with the service and will not hesitate to call them again. I didn't catch the name of the worker, but he was wonderful. He was kind, knowledable and very clear when explaining what he was going to do, as well as when he was finished. We were very happy with the service and results and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They were so great! Came out same day, found our main line had cracked. Provided options and prices. Came out first thing the next morning as scheduled with a crew and had the line replaced quickly. They are very professional and really like that they give a price before doing the work and that's the price you pay for the job. Not nickel & dime as they go. They really know their stuff and will use them for all my plumbing work.

Every individual I worked/talked with at Allied went above and beyond anything I expected, and were a phenomenal asset in helping me deal with the horror story of mold in my basement. Their work was impeccable. The time schedule had to be both fast and flexible, working between mold abatement and plumbing. And Allied was both, each time everything turned on a dime. I was informed about and shown each step. Although my basement is just one of a number of demanding situations right now, a very stressful situation, I had full confidence that the work was being done, and is up to, high standards. Which was confirmed when the inspector arrived - and left - in about 15 minutes.
Thank you Tommy, Mike, Mike, et al. You guys rock! And those upstairs pipes have got to go soon!!
