We called Phil Mamula on the recommendation of a roofer. He came over promptly at the first of the week and verbally estimated the cost of the various projects we wanted done at $10,000.00. His prices seemed reasonable and we asked him for a written proposal and said that we would like to have the work begin next week. He agreed and said that he would send us a written proposal along with a copy of his liability insurance certificate. On Friday, some one from his office called and wanted to arrange for work on one of our projects to begin the following Monday. We told him that we were waiting for a written proposal and would need it, along with a copy of his insurance certificate and details on their guarantee of workmanship before proceeding further. On the following Thursday, not having heard any more from All Services Construction, we called Phil and asked about the status of his written proposal. He expressed surprize that we had not received it, said that he had been very busy personally aqnd asked us to call the office about it. We called the office and told the office manager that we were waiting for the proposal, a copy of their insurance certificate and information about their warrantee of workmanship. The office manager said he would get right on it. After another week passed we again called Phil who apologized and said that the proposal would be finished up and emailed to us the following morning. We reminded him that we also needed a copy of his insurance certificate and a written workmanship guarantee. He said that we would receive everything the next morning. Nothing was ever received. We decided that if this was the kind of service we received before All Services Construction had even gotten the job, we certainly would not be happy with the level of service we would receive after we had signed a contract. We decided to look elsewhere and would certainly not recommend All Services Construction.
