ALL AMERICAN CARPET CLEANING AND RESTORATION

The day I made the appointment I had made more than one call and all of them went to an answering machine. This company answered the first time I called. They were able to accommodate my needs pretty fast. I had to make the last minute appointment and they acted like it was no big deal to work me in. That in its self is nice. The two gentleman that came to clean the carpets in the apartment were polite and considerate. They used proper forms of greeting and showed such great character as they answered my children questions without sounding or acting annoyed or impatient. They did an amazing job getting the carpets clean. going over it several times when needed. They did not act like they were in such a rush they were being inconvenience cleaning for me. They took the time to explain every step and what each step did. They both seamed to know what they were talking about. The other impressive thing about them was they did not complain about how the company treated them in fact they seamed to love who they worked for. When the carpets were cleaned they looked amazing. They actually looked better than the day I moved into that apartment. As embarrassing as this is to admit I rarely post positive comments about a company. I usually only post when I have a problem with one. but this company was Wonderful to do business with. I would recommend them to any one.

They were very responsible, and careful with my furniture. You make an appointment, and they come out. I would use All American again.

I hired them to clean my ducts at a house I recently bought. They were running a bit late but did call to let me know, so it was no problem. The two young men who came out were both very pleasant, and they explained the process they used., showed me what they were doing and were just a pleasure to deal with. They did a very thorough job., and I highly recommend them.

On time. Very courteous. Moved furniture and even broke down one bed to make sure they did the stretching right. Took three and a half hours total. Liked them so much that they are going to return to clean my tile in kitchen and den. A test in the kitchen showed that you really can steam clean grout. Not all carpet stains came out, but that was expected from previous experiences with old pet stains.

THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB FOR ME EVERY TIME I HAVE MY CARPETS CLEANED. I CONTINUE TO GO BACK TO THEM BECAUSE OF THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT THEY ROUTINELY PROVIDE.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE FACT THAT THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND STARTED WORKING RIGHT AWAY ON CLEANING MY CARPETS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GOOD JOB.
