"Thanks Members! You know, in times like this it's often hard to tell whom you can work for that's going to pay you when you finish, and who isn't. Contract present, or otherwise. This economy is so horrible that people don't believe you when you tell them the bills are piling up! They instantly have all the solutions. They're the one's that are quick to point out the gross mismanagement in your operation, or unnecessary overhead. They're the kind of people that couldn't make it five minutes in my life. I am so glad to have met the both of you. When I get a customer that frets over, or stresses out throughout a whole job, it makes my job real work. It should be enough to explain to them that the reason they pay this large wage to have this work completed is because all of that (the stress & often deadline) is on ME! Thanks for letting me do my job. Thanks for trusting me. Once in a while, I find someone who knows my job better than me. They are the one's I try to weed out during the estimate process. I can work through ANY job, as I would expect anyone else with my tenure to, and most of the time with high marks, but I won't just work for anyone. You two are atypical of the kind of people I find during these troubled times. You renew my faith in people. The easiest course is generally the path of least resistance, and I think we think much alike.
