He was very honest and kind and a great gentleman. Next time we need out computer fixed we will be using this company.

They were very good. They cleaned the laptop which was dirty on the inside and the problem was solved, so they didn’t have to replace the fan. They were really good at what they did and solved the problem in less than 48 hours.

Good job finding and fixing all the problems.

When I initially contacted them, the experience was positive. That ended when I walked in the door. My computer has sensitive information on it, because of the nature of the work I do. I asked if they had a confidentiality agreement (which is an industry standard), and the man at the counter because clench-jawed and offended that I would ask for such a thing. I asked if something could be put together to assure the confidentiality of my data. He simply repeated over and over that they did not have one. When his coworkers tried to help, he snarled at them, repeating that they had no such thing. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and the man simply walked away, then returned and said, "we don't have one." (I was never able to speak to the supervisor.) I went ahead and had the work done. When I picked up the PC the next day, I was not able to reach my data as it was still associated with my old (now no longer existing) user account. I had to take it back to have them grant me permission to my own files. I was told that they had no idea that the user account was password protected, even though that is *standard* on Windows XP - my operating system. The fellow who had been at the counter when I dropped it off was there when I brought it back. He fixed the problem within 15 minutes, but the whole time he wouldn't look me in the eye, making me feel very uncomfortable and wondering if he had been peeping at my data. I would not go back to this company again because of his behavior and refusal to let me talk to the manager.

He did show up on time and was here the first time for about 1 hour. He seemed to know what he was doing. Overall, I was pleased. There were a couple minor let downs, but overall I would still use them again. When they came out the first time they made one of my folders not accessible somehow, so I had to have them come back out the next day to fix the problem. When I got the bill, I noticed that they charged me for 1 hour and 15 min worth of work, so I do think that I was charged for the 2nd visit. I didn't think I should have been charged for that 15 minutes, since they caused the problem but I went along with it.

THE VIRUS HAD BEEN CONTINUALLY COMING BACK TO ME THROUGH AN EMAIL RING I WAS IN. THEY TOLD ME WHY I KEPT HAVING THIS ISSUE AND HELPED EXPLAIN THEIR WORK, SO I COULD DO IT MYSELF NEXT TIME.

MY COMPUTER RUNS GREAT NOW. THEY MADE A BACKUP COPY SO I DIDN'T LOOSE ANY OF MY PROGRAMS. THEY GOT MY COMPUTER BACK TO ME VERY QUICKLY WHICH WAS GREAT BECAUSE ALL MY BUSINESS INFORMATION IS STORED ON THAT COMPUTER.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB ON REPAIRING THE COOLING FAN ON MY COMPUTER IN A SHORT TIME FRAME. THEY ALSO MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING ELSE IN MY COMPUTER WAS WORKING VERY WELL WHILE THEY HAD IT. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND.
