We had signed a contract in August and they didn’t get to us until December. That was only after we threatened to take another course of action that we didn’t want to take. So they finally started work on the church. They were doing shingle replacement for us and we ended up having another company come out and redo their work. I would say the person I dealt with was nice but as time wore on I knew I was getting a sales job. Professionalism diminished as we kept pressing for the job to be done.

I am afraid Agape does not live up to its word. Agape's rebuttal introduces two statements which are completely false: The insurance did pay - I have the transmittal letter for the check from the insurance company. The payment was in excess of $3000. Agape's statement that an insurance settlement was denied is completely false. The second statement that is completely false: at no time did Agape request a deposit from me. How can a business produce such false information?? I must say, Agape was very creative in its rebuttal statement.

"The member was given an estimate as requested by his insurance company, because we were working directly with them not him. The insurance company is the one who drug their feet and took so long approving repairs. After over 2 months, the insurance company refused to pay, and we let the member know that he would have to pay cash for the repairs. Once he was informed that the repairs would not be covered by his insurance company, and he would need to give us a deposit before work would begin, he did not wish to use us, and he then decided to find another roofer to complete his small repair. I'm still not sure what he wants, or wanted us to do, other than provide him with a service in exchange for money. But he would not give us an initial deposit so that work could begin. We were simply trying to get his insurance company to cover his repairs 100% so that he would not be out of pocket any money what so ever. I'm sorry, but we did everything we could."

They were very professional. The guy that came out and gave me a price and followed through with the job was excellent to work with. They were on time and very responsive. They explained everything very well, it was well worth the money. I would recommend them to others very highly.
