During work they damaged my fence (propped it back up to hide it) and I ended up finding several things missing from my garage. Within a day of work being completed, figured out there was a pretty bad leak. Took them several days to even come out and at least shut the water off to it. Over a month later and they still have not fixed the leak. They have given me a number if excuses and keep saying they will be out tomorrow, but it never happens. Now I have to hire another company and spend more money just to fix this issue.

The Superintendent, Ryan Osban, was a very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous representative of Affordable Irrigation Tulsa and was a pleasure to work with on my project. He answered all of my questions in a prompt and patient manner. I am very pleased with he and his crew s performance. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.

I would highly recommend this company, the service was excellent, he explained everything he did, was professional as well as friendly. Lincoln, was the service repair gentleman, and was top notch going above and beyond what I had expected. Great company with good prices, and cant speak for the other employees but Lincoln was excellent.

I did a lot of search and got several quotes to make the final decision with which company we were going to go. When we decided to go with them, their website was done and they called us back after several attempts. Part of why we stayed with them was what we were told it would take place, however what was told at sell point was different than what it actually took place on install day. Over all we are happy with the quality of service and installation. Less.

Overall a good experience

We had a little misunderstanding at the beginning but it was straightened out. Since then the service has been very good.The guys that serviced the system have been very nice and courteous.

Easy to work with. I had a few unusual issues that they resolved in stride.

The tech was great, they even sent him earlier than the appt, but called to ask first. Very knowledgeable, checked the entire system for me, not just what I said was wrong. I will definitely hire this company again.

The technician was competent, a good worker and friendly. He did an excellent job in a short amount of time. He arrived on time.

They called this morning, came out mid-afternoon, and the job was done (winterizing, so not overly complex). Invoice received and paid. Very efficient and quick to respond.

Easy to schedule. Tech arrived on time, was very competent and worked without stopping. He corrected problems with our sprinkler system and then checked to make sure all stations were working properly before leaving. I will call Affordable Irrigation for service in the future.

Reliable and great value. Sprinkler layout resulted in good coverage of lawn and flower beds, and the Rachio smart system is wonderful.

They charged $100 to replace a short length of pvc pipe. About 20 minutes of work. I thought that was high. However, they came out the same day and did fix the problem.

Rushed off before checking all heads. Seem to be problem with part quality. Still need completion. Spent over $965. Was hoping for more at that price.
